Direct Primary Care is a model where patients pay a recurring membership fee (monthly) for direct access to their doctor. As a member, you are guaranteed direct access to you Doctor by via text, email, and phone calls, including after-hours for urgent needs and longer visit time with your doctor. We focus on creating strong Doctor-Patient relationships, ensuring that your care is personalized and responsive to your individual health goals.
Meet Dr. Martinez
Dr. Wander Hurtado Martinez is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician originally from Cuba. He has over a decade of clinical experience in primary care , management of chronic conditions (hypertension ,diabetes, cholesterol , heart and lung disease) , weight loss , sexual dysfunction, testosterone deficiency , preventive medicine and mental health in the United States, Cuba, and Venezuela. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell New York. Dr. Martinez is fluent in English and Spanish and is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality, patient care. He if very passionate about the Hispanic community.
