Our primary care membership offers visits lasting up to 60 minutes, according to your needs. 2. Includes up to 4 monthly visits by Telehealth . More if necessary. Same day or next day sick visits. Management of chronic conditions. 3. Discounts for labs and imaging 4. Prescription refills as needed. 5. Access to medical provider by phone call, text, email, and patient portal and same-day or next-day scheduling. 6. Discounts on all services offered by the clinic including our Medical Weight Loss program.
